The core flow
Explore is for choosing a character card. Create is for building a private original character. My space is where you return to saved relationships and ongoing conversations.
You do not need to complete every setting before chatting. Start with a scene, then add names, boundaries, preferences, or a relationship stage only when they matter to the story.
Write naturally
Speak in your own voice. The character should respond to the relationship, not make you fill out a form.
Save what matters
Use memory tools for the details you want a future scene to keep, not every message.
Why does a character not remember every detail?
The free experience prioritizes the current conversation and recent context. Plus expands long-term relationship memory.
Can I change a character after I start?
Yes. You can adjust the character setup and relationship details as your story develops.
